Is it possible or already an idea that we can get a pitch change disable button in the settings, the way osu has double time is perfect, no pitch change, you can still enjoy and listen to the song, i feel like for a rhythm game this is pretty important, rather than just getting flooded with noise and chipmunks in your ear. I understand if people enjoy the higher pitch, which is why i'm saying just add a disable or enable button in settings somewhere.

How to adjust the speed of the audio without changing the pitch?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with the source code. However, the algorithm is based on a pitch shifting implementation by Stephan Bersnee. An article explaining the implementation can be found here, and an example .cpp can be downloaded here.
