I’m not trying to be impatient, but I keep checking the qualification channel to see if my map got ranked and I’ve seen maps that were published a long time ago and they just got ranked but then I’ve also seen Maps that were published on the same day as mine and they have passed through qualification but not mine and I’m sitting here wondering did my map not pass or have they just not gotten too it like how am I supposed to know if it can literally vary from 3 months too a couple of days until it gets ranked?

Well. Qualification requires a Team Ranked member to qualify your map. It then sits in qualified for 3 days so any last minute issues can be identified prior to it getting ranked. If no issues are found in those 3 days it will automatically go to ranked status.
As far as getting your map to qualify you’ll need to submit it to a team ranked member. They generally have a google form in their Rhythia profile bio.
You’ll then submit the map link and timing information from the ini file saved alongside your map.
They will then review your map, usually by checking timing to make sure things are synced, that patterns represent the map accordingly for the difficulty selected, overall playability, etc.
If they decide it needs modification (modding) they will tell you what to fix and ask you to resubmit it for review. If it does meet the qualification standard it will get qualified.

if it doesnt pass do they send you a dm or something? and wdym by it then sits for 3 days. Like after it has been qualified it sits for three days? so the way ill know if it has passed is if they will let me know?

If it doesn’t pass they should notify you. It doesn’t always happen, but they generally leave a comment under the map. mm has a trello board for his reviews.
Yes after qualification it stays in that status for 3 days. If you pass the Team Ranked Members’ review you’ll see it in #・maps-qualifications or by visiting the map page on the website. It will literally show “map has been qualified x amount of time remaining.”

ok well i submitted two of my maps like 4 days ago i think to alia and havent recieved any comment yet and I also sent it too mm and he saw it but hasnt gotten too it. where can i fins thag trello board.

Yes. mm generally doesn’t review maps during the weekdays.
I’m unsure on other team members as I only go through mm for ranking my maps.
