Bassically u go to the skins channel, u download the one u like, u go to your setting in the game and in the top it says "Import settings" , click there find the skin u downloaded (it shout have .rhs at the and , for an example : skibidi.rhs) and u click on it, then u click "Visuals only" if u want just the background and cursor and everything else, hope i helped
