My child created an account without my knowledge and I would like to get that account banned so that his username does not show up. I have changed the email and passwod so that he can not get in anymore, but when I go to the explore option his username still is present. The username has info that I would not like being used. Thanks for looking into the matter.

the explore page is the maps, if you dont go onto that page ~ your son's username (character) will not show up to anyone.
I can also assume that the account is currently not in a clan (if it is, please leave the clan).
so the account will not show up anywhere in the game, and no one will ever be able to find it unless they know the exact username
there isnt any type of algorithm in this game that allows players to find other players, which is why your son's account will most certainly not be found by anyone.
Im just letting you know this because in the long time I've been here, account bans/deletions for reasons outside of unfair means havent been entertained, so if your request does get rejected, then you shouldnt be worried about anyone coming across it.
