You really don't need to send pictures, if someone wants to see your or anyone else's current team, !card username in #bot-commands or just seeing it ingame works as well

You don't have to be there 24/7 though, it's just a quick look, just talk to people in #general about it and the looking at pokes part is optional too there doesn't have to be a seperate channel just to make teams.
