Well, I tried. I should really just accept the fact I'll never have one. That's sad.

you'll get one eventually but with paradox pokemon they're so absurdly rare you have next to 0 chance of finding it even if you hear about it at :01 in the hour
so you're more likely to just stumble across it at random

It would be a mechanic for all roamers, not just paradox...
