You're either checking the incorrect email address or it's going to another folder such as junk.

i can send personally to you the email add screenshot if u want to cross check
the thing is the mail is never received for password reset
if i do username forgotten it comes email also even for forgotten forum passwords only for the main acc password the email doesnt come that is why i had suspected it as some kind of hack or scam not sure what it is

You say you're not checking the wrong email and it's not in a folder you haven't checked but I know one of those is true - The emails have been sent, I can see confirmation of email delivery.
You also changed the email address on the forum account linked 1 hour ago, both the old and new email addresses associated with the forum account are not the same as the email address on the game account.
So in all this confusion, there's a total of three email addresses involved. So again, can you please make sure you're checking the correct one. (Just check all three)

perhaps the account linked could be of a scammer
coz i checked all of my emails so hoping u could tell me in private chat the hint of the email atleast coz there is a possibility of a scammers email in it
