If its somehow my account time which i doubt, a way to change or view that would be swell. I'm fairly certain ive evolved other day time evolutions, but I'd be lieing if i said i was 100%

a developer can change your timezone for you when they'll open this report, there's no way to do it yourself

hm, Im not too clear on when the timezone update rolled around, but accounts made prior to that can manually change their timezone to the correct one themselves once only

if you dont, then your account was made after the timezone update/you already set a timezone after you were given the option but just forgot about it
