Hey I started this around 2/4 weeks ago, and since now I have some money I decided to start eyecandying it and sharing my progress, it's currently 1973.
Current state of Trobetsu and Awara cities.
They are along the Doujima Metro Line 1 and are probably the best eyecandy I have.

Where AC tracks from the south joins the DC tracks to the station and northward and shinkansen tracks weave through it.

Region wide plan for railways, my biggest one so far.
Pink(Trains), Blue(Metro). I still need to rename and make new towns.
It's probably gonna take me on month to complete it, I'll make 2-3 times per week updates

Futsumi Line - 15th April 2010
Futsumi Line (M1) finally opened between Mine and Hizume with trains every 10 minutes.
