You need help with the PC setup configuration, to have it assessed by someone like me, but local.
Quick Diagnostics First
Monitor key metrics during load: Use HWMonitor, HWInfo, or MSI Afterburner to log CPU/GPU temps (aim <85°C), clock speeds, power draw, and voltages. Crashes at high usage could indicate thermal throttling, power instability, or instability.
Check Windows Event Viewer: Search for "Event Viewer" > Windows Logs > System. Look for errors like "WHEA-Logger" (common on Ryzen 3000 series, often voltage/overclock-related), "Kernel-Power," or NVIDIA driver faults (nvlddmkm.sys).
Task Manager/Process Explorer: Identify if a specific process spikes both CPU/GPU to 100% (e.g., malware, background apps).
