when i start the game i have every single item ans arms blackened, so i cant see instructions and map, its insanely annoying. please help me,

i have direct X 12, latest driver for gpu and other stuff.

no idea, i havent played the game yet because of it. i refunded the game after waiting for response. once they fix it i will download again

No ETA just yet. There are many bugs and features that the team are working on, so some may take a bit longer than others. Different people have different issues. In the meantime I can recommend trying to ensure you have the latest drivers and maybe verifying your steam files (or even re-installing the game).

did you also update drivers?

can also try launching in directX 11 and see if that helps. not that its ideal, but if it works it allows you to play and it could be useful information for us
