Up your protein intake so times your weight by 0.7 or 1 or around there, and that’s how much protein you should have for the day
You can get your protein from chicken and everyday foods really, protein shakes aren’t necessary but they are an add on to achieve your daily protein intake

Because you lost so much that quickly I would suggest start counting calories, especially your protein intake so that you don’t lose much muscle mass
And figure out your maintenance calories with an online maintenance calories calculator. Whatever it tells you, eat around 500 calories less then that to lose weight
To maintain muscle mass you need to eat .5-1g of protein per 2kg of body weight
It’s how much calories your body needs on a daily basis. If you eat below that number you are In a calorie deficit and you’ll lose weight, if you eat more then that number your in a calorie surplus and you’ll gain weight
I wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve been eating way to little calories for the past month for you to lose 12kg
