high bar:
-bar is placed on the traps, top of the shoulders
-usually need more of a upright torso
-feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed slightly outward
low bar:
-bar is placed low on ur upper back, usually resting on the posterior deltoid
-need more of a bend at the hips, gotta lean forward a little
-feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed outwards
