I find running on the field better, better strides and fresh air
sometimes I even race others
my runs are 1.5miles per day(5 times a week) and they've improved my health over a year
helped alot especially cycling, manage to do zone 4-5 heart rate even for long periods
I just need better sleep now 😔 its been inconsistent lately and its affecting my resting heart rate
cba with running i just play pickup for cardio
back at my usual gym today
upper back day as usual was just annoying
felt like i could push myself further but just didnt have the mojo to
