Here’s my review:
ZoomX is insane. The shoe is really comfy and supportive and that airbag at the front really helps with toe-offs
The ZoomX is there in the heel and mid foot to give you that spring in your step when you land
The upper is really light and nicely woven
The curve at the front pushes you forward
In fact just wearing this shoe makes me want to go out and run
My only complaint would be that they’re super loud
But overall ZoomX definitely deserves the hype
I even set a new PB with it or 23:08 which is more than a minute over my old time and idk if it’s because of the shoes or if it’s just because I’m feeling happy to run today but like, insane
I might need to buy a ZoomX shoe if it is truly that comfortable
I’ve heard great things about it, and I’m hearing them again
APL makes some good ass shoes too
Tbh ZoomX is more for running and not general gym stuff so if you need a bomb ass running shoe then go for it
Tbh you can wear stuff like Zoom Fly 5 every day though
But generally ZoomX really really shines when you’re running
Especially stuff like the Tempo, Vapormax, and Alphafly
I’ve heard good stuff about them too
They aren’t available here so haven’t tried them though
yeah that’s true, and I’m not really as much of a cardio guy, but I do use Nikes for general gym stuff. I guess something that’s designed specifically for running wouldn’t have a place in my workout equipment

i forgot to take progress pics but i have been focusing on biceps for the past 7 days or so
usually takes me 40 minutes to do a full bicep cycle
and then after that i usually do something like core and calfs
i dont usually focus on more than one thing when at the gym, for example for one session i go i may focus on chest for the entire 60/70 mins or i might focus on middle and lower back
but when i do things like biceps only then it only takes like half the time i usually take so i mix it up
another thing is theres no actual limit on how long my sessions can/have to be. i just go to the gym and its around the 70 minute mark when i either get bored or complete all the things i wanna do
