Perez stays in the Ferrari driver academy and sainz stays in the red bull programme
What if FIA tighten the safety regulation further in the 90s, especially 1994 ?
But… weren’t they already tight enough? Throughout the 90’s, stuff like reduced engine capacity, pit limiters, decreased downforce levels, and track modifications all promoted a good level of safety.
Yes its already good, but what i really meant was much further safer & tighter than it was in the 90s , like much tighter crash test regulation, safer and a bit thicker barrier (especially in high speed corner or street circuit), mandating the HANS device earlier, introducing the skid plank earlier, increasing the minimum weight by 5 - 10 kgs, mandating a minimum ride height, etc.

If Piquet was able to score a couple of podiums in the 1988 Lotus, then maybe Senna could achieve more than what Piquet achieved

George Russell debuts in the Racing Point, replacing Segio Perez who replaced Pierre Gasly in the 2019 season bereearerak.
George Russell does much better than Lance Stroll, regularly challenging for the Top 5 and still beating Lance Stroll despite starting late in the season.
While Albon remains at Toro Rosso for a tight season with Kvyat ,barely beating Kvyat by 2 points.
Pierre Gasly moves to Haas, replacing Grosjean due to poor performance, regularly finishing ahead of Magnussen and winning the Japanese Grand Prix.Grosjean retires from Formula 1
