#Alternate F1 Histories (Again)

In 18th December 1998, Mika Hakkinen decide to do a sabbatical after his first and only world driver championship, and Mclaren decided to sign Vincenzo Sospiri, the only F1 driver that competed in Australia with Mastercard Lola in 1997, a Mclaren spokesman said "We are glad to sign him to encourage him for more Formula One experience."
In an alternate 1986, Alain Prost suffers a puncture that puts him out of the Australian GP, thus ending his title hopes. He would cede victory to Nigel Mansell, who wins the 1986 title for Williams, with Nelson Piquet finishing runner up to the Briton.
alonso says "what the hell" and leaves renault for honda in 2008
honda becomes brawn and alonso sweeps the field to take his 3rd wdc

In 2009, Michael Schumacher served as Felipe Massa’s replacement, while Giancarlo Fisichella stayed at Force India.
"On this day, Toto Wolff led the Williams F1 team to a World Drivers Championship and Constructors Championship with driver Pastor Maldonado out-driving Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso on an epic 3 lap duel at Interlagos. "Toto and Maldonado will forever be cherished by the team, after our long and arduous climb to the top step of the podium" team owner Sir Frank Williams said. Having not won a championship since 1997, capitalizing on 2012 was a must, and Toto Wolff's leadership skills combined with Maldonado's serious pace allowed them to crawl back into the title fight, upsetting both Scuderia Ferrari and Red Bull, who were the favorites throughout most of the season.Williams will need to defend their title in 2013, and balance their development process with the upcoming engine regulations overhall due for arrival in 2014. For a team with such prestige as Williams, it is important that they remain title contenders for years to come." -Motorsport.com
2016 Malaysian Grand Prix,Sebastian Vettel suffers a breaking failure, causing him to drive straight into Rosberg, and damaging Hamilton's front wing.Rosberg has complained to the fia,but to no avail.Rosberg loses the 2016 wdc by 20 points.Rosberg leaves merc anyway, and join red bull.Rosberg and Red Bull make a championship winning car, which sees Rosberg winning the 2017 and 2018 championship, and Verstappen winning the 2019 championship.
Robert Kubica beats alonso and vettel to win the 2012 world championship, gets signed by mercedes in 2013 to replace the departing micheal schumacher, wins the wdc 2014 and proceeds to get 8 wdcs in a row and is the most succesful driver in f1 history
Jean Alesi signs with Williams for 1991, replacing Riccardo Patrese, who had moved to Tyrrell, partnering Satoru Nakajima. Alesi managed to finish 3rd behind Mansell and Senna. Come 1992, Alesi was able to put up a good fight against Mansell, but Mansell prevailed. Alesi was able to win his maiden championship the following year, followed by his second one 2 years later. After 1995, he jumped ship to Ferrari, where he partnered Michael Schumacher until the end of 1999.
everyone liked that
In the 2010 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix,Fernando Alonso has a slightly better pitstop, emerging side by side with Petrov, and passing him at the chicane.Alonso has an impressive drive, finishing p4,just enough to win the championship by 2 points.
Oh and Petrov spins Alonso around while trying to overtake him and this means that Sebastian Vettel has retaken the championship lead yet again AND SEBASTIAN VETTEL WINS THE CHAMPIONSHIP
fuck seb,only fernando
L bozo still got 2 more wdcs and 20 more wins 😎
he was lucky, alonso is shit in predicting f1 seats
Alonso is shit*
simply not true
Fair
2008 British Grand Prix,Lewis Hamilton spins at bridge, causing a red flag.By the time the red flag is over, the track has dried up massively, and massa has a great comeback to finish p3.Massa wins wdc.
1991 Brazilian GP | Senna loses the lead to Riccardo Patrese and retires after losing 6th gear. Williams finishes P1 and P2 at Brazil, leaving Ayrton Senna to wait another year for his maiden home victory.
1994 Adelaide Grand Prix,Schumacher has a lockup in addition to his incident。Schumacher has severe damage,by the time he's at the next corner,Hill is already 2 seconds ahead, schumacher limps home to p6,while Hill wins the race and the championship for WIlliams.

Vettel X Andretti 4X (2009-11, 2013-14)
Andretti X Rossi 2X (2017-18)
Andretti X Verstappen 1X (2021)
Lore: Red Bull never buys Jaguar Racing, Ford hires the right people to survive and Andretti Autosport fully commits to the team after questionable results in the CART series.
In the V-10 era, the team is dead midfield. Mark Webber and David Coulthard do snatch some podiums at select races, but overall they don’t have anything to write home about. Think of Toyota during this time.
The V-10 era becomes the V-8 era, and Ford slots itself halfway between Mercedes and Renault as the second best engine. 2008 rolls around, and Ford signs a contract with a certain man named Sebastian Vettel, who replaced David Coulthard, and broke his Red Bull ties to do so. The team moves up a couple grid spaces on average, more regularly competing for podiums and slotting itself 3rd in the standings, just ahead of BMW Sauber. But still no wins.
The tail end of the V-8 era turns out extremely well for Ford. In 2009, Adrian Newey builds an amazing chassis, and the Ford engines overtake Mercedes in power by quite a margin. In addition, they sign Marco Andretti to replace Mark Webber, who opts for a move to Williams. Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello at Brawn give it everything, but unfortunately for them, they are outgunned by team Ford, as the more experienced Sebastian Vettel beats Marco Andretti to the World Title with 2 races to go. In 2010, Marco Andretti beats Sebastian Vettel and gets his first TItle. In 2012, Ford is not where it needs to be to surmount Ferrari, and Fernando Alonso snatched his third World Title. This was also the second year where Andretti heftily beat Vettel as his teammate. Vettel does win 2013 though, and Andretti is second best yet again.
At first, Ford is the only company able to challenge Mercedes in the turbo-hybrid era, due to their love of V-6 engines, though they are still somewhat behind in development until 2017. A harsh title fight between Mercedes (Nico Hulkenberg and Valtteri Bottas) and a resurgent Ferrari (captained by Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso) allows Ford to close in and take both world titles due to remarkable consistency from Alexander Rossi and Marco Andretti (he was good enough for Formula One IRL, but what happened to his father with McLaren sorta scarred him). After considerable turmoil at Renault Red Bull Racing (that’s another episode), Max Verstappen makes the jump to Ford in 2019, feeling that Renault-RBR isn’t going to give him a title. Unfortunately, Alexander Rossi was forced into the role of Development/Reserve driver as a result. In addition, Marco Andretti is getting a bit too old for Formula One, as he got outgunned by Verstappen on merit 3 years in a row. He will also move into the role of Reserve driver, giving his seat to Colton Herta for 2022.
Are they the Merc factory team?
no
Does the Mercedes factory team exist?
In an alternate universe, Toyota managed to achieve great success. 2002-2004 proved to be a shaky start for the team, despite 2003 being a good start, with Olivier Panis scoring his final race win at Silverstone, while the Ferraris and Mclarens dropped out with clutch failures, punctures, and rear wing failures. Panis managed a few 4th place finishes at Hockenheim, Catalunya, Imola, Indianapolis, and Interlagos. Jarno Trulli was able to capture 5th in the 2005 WDC, with him capturing 2 wins. His teammate, Ralf Schumacher, finished 4th. Schumacher was able to score a string of podiums in the early stages, followed up by a win at Magny Cours.
2006-2008 proved to be just as fruitful, as Toyota was constantly fightng with the top 3. Podiums and wins kept on coming, as the fanbase and success grew.
2009 saw their best season yet, with them scoring P3 in the hands of Jarno Trulli, Timo Glock, and Kamui Kobayashi. The TF109 was able to match the pace of the Red Bulls and even the Brawns. A few crashes and car problems may have hindered the team’s progress, but that did not stop them from delivering throughout the ‘09 season.
Jarno Trulli won his last grand prix’s for Toyota, scoring victories at Suzuka, Singapore, and Bahrain. The Italian finished 3rd in the standings, tied on points with Rubens Barrichello.
Kobayashi was retained for 2010, while Robert Kubica joined the team. The striking red TF110 had brought the team to their maiden WDC, with Kubica claiming the spoils. Kobayashi, in just his second season in F1, managed to finish a respectable 7th in the standings, with him scoring 2 podiums at Spa and Valencia. Toyota was on top of the world. 2011-2013 saw Toyota consistently finish in P4-P5, with wins still coming in thanks to the drivers out-driving the cars, which have gotten worse over the course of that time period. Drivers complained of constant understeer and brake issues, followed by the chassis being rather unstable. At the end of 2013, Toyota withdrew from F1 to focus their efforts on the World Endurance Championship, as well as other motorsport ventures in Japan.
Important commentary:
China, 2010
"Everyone thought Jenson Button would go for three, but Marco Andretti will return the United States of America to the top step of the podium! It's the first Ford-powered win in 6 years! The first American driver to win since the days of his Grandfather! MARCO ANDRETTI WINS THE CHINESE GRAND PRIX!"
BTW @tulip sluice nice story you got
Thank you
2012 Chinese GP:
Michael Schumacher dominates the race, and the momentum he got was amazing, winning almost every race after that, dominating the championship and becoming an 8 time world champion, with rosberg finishing 3rd.
Mercedes are now 9 time constructors championship.
unrealistic but we all want that to happen don't we
Prost is a 6 time champion and Kimi a 4 time.
How
Prost wdc 2021
Hamilton doesnt make it into f1
becomes musician and now musics at every race
this one includes all motorsport so:
Pierre Levegh and John Fitch finish second behind Stirling Moss in Le Mans 1955.
Make of that what you will, but assuming such incident never happened, Mercedes would be a bigger powerhouse in Motorsport than they are now.
Now that’s an alternate history if I ever saw one
Switzerland has an F1 Race now
or at least, doesn't ban racing
imagine if seena had not died
The 2005 American GP thing doesn't happen, and f1 continues to race there until 2011,COTA will replace indianapololis
Bernie Ecclestone Fails to convince Enzo to invest more in f1, the 312pb ends up winning lemans with a clean sweep
Someone should continue from here
The FIA Formula One World Championship... is a bust.
It is known as an attempt in the 50s to create the "pinnacle of Motorsport", but this title is instead passed to the World Endurance Championships.
(NGL I like this idea more)
Hmm…
Adrian Newey stays at March to help with IMSA, the WEC and Indycar
John Barnard designs new sportscars for Chapparal
Sir Frank Williams joins forces with BMW and creates BMWilliams M-Sport
Ross Brawn joins Lola and helps develop sportscar chassis for both the WEC and IMSA GTP Championships
Enzo Ferrari continues to lead Ferrari into the Group C era up until his death in 1988. He also lended support to the Martini Lancia team whilst doing so.
in 2021 Abu Dhabi GP Horner complains to Masi about safety car and Lewis won the 2021 season
Vettel didn't crashed in 2018 German GP and he wins season
Alonso won the 2017 championship with Honda the most powerful engine in the grid. "The engine feels good much faster than before"
Brawn GP didn't won the 2009 championship because the double diffuser was banned.
Lewis Hamilton doesnt leave Mclaren in 2012.The car actually gets better and hamilton wins the championship in 2015,2017 and 2018.
In turn, Hulkenberg moves to Mercedes winning the 2014 championship
Alonso stays at Ferrari for 2015 and finishes runner up to Lewis Hamilton in the WDC, followed by him winning the 2017 WDC
2020 British GP: Lewis Hamilton retired on final lap due to front left tire blown up and Max Verstappen won the race.
Red Bull keeps Kvyat for the rest of 2016 season. Max Verstappen never became world champion in 2021
Vettel accepts the offer from Mercedes to join Nico Rosberg in 2014. He ends up winning all the titles from 2014-2020 except for 2016 making him the only f1 driver with double digit wdcs and the most succesful driver ever.
Rosberg retires after 2020 because skill issue
The all German lineup finally comes to an end with George Russell pledged to join Mercedes in 2021. Nico Rosberg has amassed a total of 35 wins in his career while Vettel amasses 117 wins
F1 goes to Autopolis in 1992, with Nigel Mansell winning the inaugural Autopolis Grand Prix. Ayrton Senna finished 2nd, and Michael Schumacher running Autopolis sponsors on his Benetton, finished 3rd. Ivan Capelli had retired from 5th due to an electronics failure, while Jean Alesi finished 4th. 5th was inherited by Martin Brundle.
In the 2021 Bahrain Grand Prix,Max Verstappen spins at turn 4 on the final lap,and tags Hamilton along into the wall,Verstappen wins the championship at Jeddah.
2019 Azerbaijan GP qualifying: Leclerc didn't crashed at turn 8 and takes pole! "I am smart"
2021 Belgian GP: The rain didn't happened and races normally.
Adding on:George Russell spins on lap 1 at eau rouge in a massive accident,Bottas gets involved.Russell's car catches on fire but he quickly gets out.Bottas has air time and nearly goes over the barrier, landing on the exit curb,he is fine though.(highly impossible but idc)

2020 Sakhir GP: Peréz got positive covid and replaced by BWT reverse driver Hülkenberg, Russell won his first F1 victory in a Williams car.
impossible, with his luck he should have had a puncture on the final few laps, its so random that i dont think it will happen
williams keeps bmw as a powertrain partner past 2005, maintains form similar to the early 2000s throughout the 2000s gradually increasing in pace before culminating in a title fight in 2010
Sebastian Vettel outscores Daniel Ricciardo in 2014, winning at Hockenheim, Catalunya, Monza, Interlagos, and Sochi. He finishes P3 behind Lewis Hamilton on countback as well as that year’s WDC, Nico Rosberg
Max Verstappen pits along with Hamilton at the 2019 Hungarian Prix.Hamilton and Verstappen have a titanic battle, causing them to both have front wing damage, the front wings were on a dangerous place on the track, causing a safety car.Verstappen pits, only to go onto the wrong compound that would only go half the distance of the remaining laps, while Hamilton was forced to stay out because bottas pitted.Vettel goes on to overtake Verstappen, and wins the race.
2012 Belgian GP: Nothing happend in turn 1 on first lap.
Romain Grosjean wins after a great engine
But how this works bc it those years Merc/Ferrari would’ve built a better car than rb anyways
Trudy Coughlan goes to a different copy shop (iykyk)
experience matters, and rosberg is a brilliant driver with great experience in a top car,and with so many great staff its not gonna be hard to make a car enough to fight merc and ferrari
2008 Brazillian GP: Hamilton didn't make it to top 5 and Massa is the 2008 WDC
2018 Azerbaijan GP: Ricciardo and Verstappen didn't crashed into each other
Id say 2008 would be no glokk
In 2008,fia forced alonso to leave renault, and signed for Brawn.Alonso helped build the car to be better than its previous years.
In the 2009 Australian GP,alonso won by 4 seconds, ahead of teammate Button.Alonso won 14 races in the season to win the championship by 142 points.
He stays with Brawn(Mercedes),alonso was getting fed up with performance and threathened to leave if merc didnt build a good car in 2014.
Mercedes built such a dominant car than alonso won from 2014-2019,being a 9 time wdc.
Meanwhile hamilton is stuck at Mclaren, but convinced the team to not sign honda and sign renault, they werent front running pace but were still decent.Brawn fires Button in 2019 and signs Russell.
Russell beat Alonso in 2019,after Brawn clearly favored Russell.Alonso quit Mercedes and joined Mclaren. In 2020,Mclaren built a brilliant car and Alonso won the championship by 7 points, being a 10 time wdc.ahead of Brawn driver George Russell.
In conclusion,Alonso goat.
but didnt happen so as it stands alonso no goat
Alternate history mate
yea ik i just like to take the piss out of alonso fans lmao
Mercedes were Sandbagging
In the 2018 Azerbajian Grand Prix,Verstappen moves to the inside of Ricciardo, and passes him succesfully.Ricciardo and Verstappen swaps position almost every other lap,and they catch up to the leaders, and they get pass for a red bull 1-2.
In 1976, Niki Lauda never suffered from his near fatal crash at the Nordschleife. He would go on to win the 1976 WDC for Ferrari and then the following year’s title. Lauda would stay with Ferrari for another 3 years, narrowly missing out on the 1978 title and winning the 1979 title before switching to Brabham in 1980. Lauda retired from F1 after the 1981 season.
The Nurburgring Nordschleife continued to be the venue for the German Grand Prix up until 1980 due to safety concerns regarding the current speed of the Ground Effect cars.
James hunt moves to ferrari in 1978 and is the one winning the championship
I don’t think Hunt would ever switch to Ferrari
Let’s just say that Ronnie Peterson wins the 1978 title after winning the last 3 races of the season
unless he got sacked after not winning a championship with no other chloice
True. He could have gone to Williams to partner Alan Jones and to also make Williams a 2 car team.
no,i dont think hunt would want to go to a relatively new team, ferrari are probably gonna build him a better car(if enzo agrees ofc)
If you say so
yes
Still feels weird thinking about James Hunt at Ferrari. Well, there was that one photo where he was sitting in Lauda’s car.
At least he would be the last Brit to win a race for Ferrari until Nigel Mansell in 1989
yeah that would be great
in 1950, F1 was never formed and indycar rules the motorsport world
In the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix,Charles Leclerc tries to crash but he is too stupid to crash.Verstappen sets the pole time with sainz several tenths faster than Leclerc. The former toro rosso teammates have a race long battle.Meanwhile,Bottas has the fastest pitstop ever in f1 of 1.4 seconds, and he got out ahead of Leclerc, looking at Sainz and Verstappen for the full race, but he was never able to capitalise
Liberty Media didn't bought F1 in 2017 and F1 isn't popular
F1 gets bought by Disney instead
i bought f1 instead and staged the whole thing
Kimi moves to mcl for 2010
i become a pornstar

you already have the name, go for it
For 1988, Nelson Piquet goes to Mclaren while Ayrton Senna stays at Lotus. Nelson Piquet wins the 1988 World Championship, followed by the 1989 and 1990 world championships. Piquet subsequently moved to Benetton for 1991 and then retired afterwards.
Senna only scores one win in 1988, which came at Hockenheim. He goes winless for the next two years before switching to Mclaren for 1991.
Alain Prost wins the 1991 WDC while Ayrton Senna finishes runner up.
idk if this has been done but
2008 Brazilian GP. What if Timo Glocks car never slowed?
would've lost in the straight
then lewis would have been p5 before, because glock would have probably pitted to not slow down there
thus removing all critisism of glock
What if Glock had pitted, but Vettel had passed lewis during the pit cycle?
that could be possible, vettel would have probably been faster
If that were to happen,
Seb takes P5, lewis P6
Seb most likely holds p5
Massa champion?
yep
Another one
What if Alonso had signed with Honda (brawn GP) in 2009?
Because brawn originally tried to go for alonso
But he said no so they picked up button instead
We could've had a better title fight possibly
And, if he stays for a while, he eventually becomes a Mercedes driver
In 2008,fia forced alonso to leave renault, and signed for Brawn.Alonso helped build the car to be better than its previous years.
In the 2009 Australian GP,alonso won by 4 seconds, ahead of teammate Button.Alonso won 14 races in the season to win the championship by 142 points.

Yea
anythings possible really
@twin osprey idk if this has been done but, what if michael schumacher never gives away his image rights, and stays at benetton?
If he stays
He eventually becomes a renault driver
Possibly teaming with Alonso?
Maybe Alonso doesn't win back to back?
and schumacher would only be a 3-4 time champ?
maybe
maybe in 2005 there's like a teammate clash
so they hurt each other chance at a championship
and like kimi swoops in?
then kimi stll at mclaren till 2008 and got tired so join brawn and never leave and now 6 btime champ

if kimi join mercedes he teams with lewis, which means who is at ferrari in 2018 and who does daddy charles replace?
romain grosjean or magnussen
nah
i feel he still goes to ferrari
he rookie year was so good in that trash sauber
destroyed ericsson on pace and just in general
i say he replaces alonso as he goes back to ferrari
actually mo
hülkenberg goes to ferrari and gets replace by leclerc
or maybe alonso keeps his seat at ferrari
maybe
my theory is that hülkenberg goes to ferrari until 2019, and he gets replace by charles
and he wins races for once
maybe k-mag goss to ferrari??
Kubica wasn't injured when rallying, joined Ferrari and became 2011 World Drivers Champion
!!
rip seb 4 in a row
what if mercedes never paid jordan the 150k for schumacher to race?
Team name: Alpine Red Bull Racing
Main base: Enstone, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom
Replaces BWT Alpine F1 Team in real life
Race Wins: 65 (first in 2000, most recent in 2021)

Esteban Ocon #31 (France)
Fernando Alonso #14 (Spain)
Reserve Drivers:
Pierre Gasly #10 (France)
Nyck De Vries #26 (Netherlands)
Driver’s Championships (3):
Fernando Alonso 3X (2005, 2006, 2007)
Constructor’s Championships (3):
Alonso X Trulli 3X (2005-7)
Lore: Red Bull never buys Jaguar Racing, Renault hunts for a new title sponsor and they agree to a deal with Red Bull.
Schumacher would stay in the WSCC until its demise before moving to DTM with Mercedes until their demise in ‘96. Schumi would return to sportcar racing, driving the CLK GTR’s and LM’s, winning championship after championship.
The Mercedes weren't championship winning cars though...
The CLK GTR’s and LM’s?
Weren't they the flippy bois?
Those were the CLR’s
My bad
The Saubers were actually fast
Also in this universe MSC is no longer the last Ford champion, which is sad
The C291 was the least successful
If Michael doesn't get into F1 via Jordan and then Benetton, he'd have joined Sauber as Mercedes would have prioritized them over McLaren
got damn
i think he would've got to f1 eventually
True. But after 1994…. They’d be running Ford power for 2 years and then Petronas (Ferrari) V10’s. This could possibly mean that he would still end up at Ferrari anyways
If Mercedes chose Sauber instead of McLaren, they wouldn't change engines
I imagine a largely similar history to what we got, only MSC wins his first 2 titles with Mercedes-Sauber, rather than Benetton-Ford and Benetton-Renault
Benetton was only upper-midfield in the mid 90s, so it's plausible that Sauber having MSC plus works Mercedes engines pushes them barely to the top
Good point
what if crashgate never happened
massa would win the title in 08, however i still think due to 2009 even if he doesn't get into the incident he'll get sidelined by alonso in 2010 onwards
What if Jaime was promoted in 2011
probably wouldnt do much
It would
Danny Ric wouldnt get the RB drive
Or if he does get it it will be later
After seb departure
It would also change 2012
i mean jamie,he probably wouldnt do much with the car,and would most likely get fired, and maybe another driver gets the seat, prob not ricciardo
what if massa hungary injury never happened in 09?
Fisichella would never go to Ferrari and nor would Luca Badoer compete in his last few races. I’d say things wouldn’t really change much in 2009 if that incident never happened
i would say ferrari might have had more of a chance of the constructors or maybe even the drivers
2021 Bahrain GP: Mazepin didn't spun during race and didn't became a meme
"Michael Schumacher now he goes on to win the Monaco Grand Prix, and that there now stretches his win streak to 6 in a fantastic start for him."
"That is Schumacher crosses the line to win the French Grand Prix! He is now the first man to win 10 Grand Prix in a row!"
BrawnGP somehow didn't nail the 2009 regs, giving Sebastian Vettel the world championship in his second full season in Formula 1
Mclaren’s 2004 challenger proved to be a competent one, as it was constantly fighting at the front with the BAR-Hondas, Williams-BMW’s, and the Ferrari’s. Kimi Raikkonen and David Coulthard were able to score 6 total wins for Mclaren. The horsepower was there, but unfortunately, the reliability wasn't on some occassions.
Mclaren finished P2 to Ferrari, while BAR and Williams finished P3 and P4 respectively.
Kimi Raikkonen finished P2 behind Michael Schumacher, while David Coulthard finished P4.
Fernando Alonso never gets overtaken by Daniel Ricciardo in the 2014 Hungarian Grand Prix.Alonso wins the Hungarian GP,and stays with Ferrari. Thus,Vettel never gets the chance to move to Ferrari.Vettel stays at Red Bull and retires in 2018,just when shit was gettin gud.
"AND YES! THAT IS MICHAEL SCHUMACHER CROSSES THE LINE TO WIN THE 2008 BRAZILLIAN GRAND PRIX AND WITH THAT THE 2008 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!"
Plot twist:Thats just michael testing the ferrari,as michael won the championship with Mclaren
Why would Schumi jump ship to Mclaren?
maybe he wanted to move there
That’s a weird career decision but ok
2021 Abu Dhabi GP Finale: Mercedes pit and chooses the right tyre and Hamilton secures his 8th WDC
Horner to Masi: "Mikey please safety car out please!"
Kimi extends contract with Ferrari in 2009
He never had to since his contract never ended after 2009
Ferrari just payed him to not drive for 2010 because they signed Alonso
kkkkk
what if ferrari never falls off in the early/mid 90s
didn't his contract end by 2011 or smth
yeah i think
2018 German Grand Prix,Sebastian Vettel gets knocked out in Q1,and took a grid penalty, but he displayed a dominant drive, last to points in 7 corners, totally not because Vandoorne tried acrobatics and the whole grid went crazy,Vettel made overtake after overtake to finish P3,while Hamilton had engine issue.Vettel wins the championship
