realistically rally would be less dangerous than motogp and isle of man tt because they are in a car and there’s a lot more protection than on a bike

I don't think so,
Moto GP takes place on closed circuits with wide runoff areas, gravel traps.
Isle of Man TT is held on narrow public roads, there are houses, walls, bumps, or whatnot.
