Can't go wrong with Simagic. Simagic is generally better than Moza. If the Alpha Wheel Base has less torque, that's okay, because you probably won't be using the full 12Nm yet if you're starting out

imo it depends on what steering wheel you prefer and how important the controlling software is for you
but simmagic is a good choice here

overall the simmagic option is probably better quality bjt up to you what you feel more comfortable with.

It’s kinda overkill for a first, but if you are sure about wanting to spend the money and that you will enjoy sim racing both are good options.
