If Yuki seriously was underperforming in both 23 and 24 the car would have been potentially capable of challenging for wins

Anyway, De Vries was good in the Williams. He drove a good race at Monza, beat his teammate by miles, then all of a sudden couldn't have driven the Alpha Tauri
