Season 18 storyline suggestion?

• Thiago Costa publicly announces he will be retiring after the end of this season. Porsche will be looking for a new driver this season, last season's rookies will want to impress.
• Adrian Noordwijk retires from F1.
• A regulation change occurs, so teams are a bit more level. Porsche are slightly superior than everybody else. Only BMW will be rivaling them... And surprisingly, Honda is gonna be way more competitive than last season, rivaling Ferrari, Mercedes and Audi for 3rd. Lamborghini and Renault will be mid tier teams, regularly getting points. Only Ford, Volvo and Peugeot will be struggling a bit more than the rest. Development along the season will favour Porsche, Honda, Audi, Lamborghini and Volvo.
• The title battle will be between the Porsche duo and the BMW duo, while the Audi and Honda rookies from last year will be fighting for a top table finish in the WDC. The Mercedes drivers may struggle at first, but will definitely be getting podiums and competing for the top. Ferrari's WDC campaigns will struggle in the second half of the season, due to desperate (and honestly stupid) strategies, but Diego Fernandes will be in great winning form during the last few races.
