It's another way of saying which one has the most uninformed/useless rules related to car emissions

Mainly because alongside market demand, emissions are the other main culprit doing everything in their power to prevent cool cars in today's day and age

For example the 2012 EU Fleet Average Emissions that caused to make this piece of shit
