Are racing bulls part of red bull or is it a different organisation? what’s the relation between the two teams?

Both teams are owned by Red Bull GmbH. Red Bull Racing is the senior team (focuses on winning championships) and its sister team, Racing Bulls, is its junior team (finding talent in young drivers who can potentially become future RBR drivers). They both utilize Red Bull’s resources but operate as separate entities.
