Can't place the model of the car but it is a fake Lotus 2012 livery (the Genii logo for example is backwards, and a lot of the sponsors are incorrect years, such as Interwetten wasn't partnering the team until 2014 German and Hungarian GPs)

Weirdly enough the closest car i can think of (model wise) is the 1993 McLaren but that wouldn't make sense.
Most probably it is a frankencar of mostly non-f1 parts made to look like a real one for shows

Clearest indicator is the fact that it has Michelin on the side but Bridgestone tyres
