I posted this in response to the penalty on verstappen which seemed to only benefit Russell (a British driver), plus plenty of other cases before where the FIA seemed to make decisions that benefit British drivers the most

Honestly, media does have british bias many times, but I dont think FIA themselves have british bias

Moreover, how does yesterday's penalty reflect british bias?

Yesterday’s penalty (and pretty much every individual penalty) doesn’t necessarily reflect British bias, there is just such a massive amount of penalties going in favor of British drivers that makes it hard not to think that. I’ll make sure (at least for me) not to be xenophobic with it
