a few weekends he's been there

the rest he's been considerably behind

and I think pace is a harder thing to improve on

I read an article by the race I think, talking about why Oscar has only outqualified Lando like 4 times all season (including Baku)

his style seems to be overaggressive and lacks the gentler touch to extract as much pace over a lap as possible

that's a thing that drivers pretty much have established for themselves and changing their style would be difficult and hard, but it is doable
