Doubt this will actually happen, but if so:

  • Tsunoda is probably the best option but Red Bull don't seem to want to promote him bc of PR issues.
  • Lawson will probably get the shot if he beats Yuki
  • Ricciardo isn't coming back.
  • Doubt anyone else is in with a shot.

Ricciardo is not returning to F1 in a Red Bull car, and most likely at all. I don't know why anyone he is, least of all in a Red Bull.
