In the 2nd photo is the sensor that checks if the car is standing behind the yellow line (tyres behind the yellow line). If it isn't, the driver is penalized

I went to the "Singapore F1 Pit Building" which is the backside of the pit building, near the Singapore Flyer entrance. There I met two watchmen who told me that it is open for public. They directed me to a small entrance that is close to the last but one corner of the track (near the pitlane entry)
