Going into the 2024 season, Yuki feels unsure about his F1 future. There have been lots of rumors on social media, that Yuki would be joining Aston Martin because of their partnership with Honda in 2026. For now though, Yuki is in VCARB alongside Daniel Ricciardo ready for hopefully a very succesful season in 2024!

🇦🇺 ROUND 1 - AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺
As we go into round 1 in australia, after a wet qualifying Yuki managed to get P5, beating his teammate who will be starting in P18.
And its lights out and a way we go! Its a decent start from Yuki Tsunoda but an even better one from Charles Leclerc who started in P6 and is already up to P3! It was a pretty intense race for Yuki with lots of battles with Fernando Alonso, who eventually got past Yuki, but an even more intense battle with Perez, who Yuki managed to keep behind. The only driver DNFs were Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly. The race winner is the home favourite Oscar Piastri, who started from pole position as well. Joining him on the podium were Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc. The fastest lap was set by Yuki Tsunoda. And its P6 for Yuki - not a bad opening of the season.

And Yuki gets invited to his first secret meeting - and its Mercedes who are interested in Yuki Tsunoda! What a surprise!

Since Yuki is in need of an F1 seat for next year, he does continue the talks.

🇯🇵 ROUND 2 - JAPAN 🇯🇵
Heading into round 2 - japan, yuki qualifies P4 on the grid.
And its lights out and a way we go! Yuki imediately jumps Alonso off the line and gets into the podium places! On lap 7, alonso gets by. A pretty normal race up until lap 15/19. And Yuki Tsunoda spins out of turn 11! How unfortunate! Max verstappen wins! (suzuka is one of my worst tracks on the f1 game)

🇮🇹 ROUND 3 - IMOLA 🇮🇹
After a fantastic qualifying, Yuki will be starting the race in P2 alongside Fernando Alonso. AND ITS LIGHTS OUT AND AWAY WE GO! After a few laps Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc overtake Yuki with DRS. Russell also got past Yuki. HERE COMES LEWIS HAMILTON ON YUKI TSUNODA INTO TURN 2 AND HE LOCKS UP! Yuki pits on lap 9/22 for the hard tire. Sergio Perez manages to get past Yuki Tsunoda and Lando Norris is gonna try it as well in the last laps of the grand prix! HES GONNA TRY IT ROUND THE OUTSIDE AND YUKI TSUNODA GOES DEFENSIVE AND THEY MAKE CONTACT! Fortunately, theres no major damage. Yuki Tsunoda comes home in P7!

🇨🇦 ROUND 4 - CANADA🇨🇦
An amazing qualifying for Yuki Tsunoda resulted in Pole Position! AND ITS LIGHTS OUT AND A WAY WE GO! Its a decent start from Yuki but Charles Leclerc, who started from P2 is having a look up the outside going into turn 1, but he cannot turn it into an overtake! After lap 1, Yuki has a 1.8 second lead on charles leclerc. On lap 9, Max Verstappen overtakes Leclerc for P2. Yuki started the race on mediums and on lap 11/25, he pits for hards. Lando Norris has done an overcut strategy, which worked and he got in front of Leclerc and Verstappen. On lap 24, Lewis Hamilton retires with an engine failure.

There have been Japanese F1 drivers over the years, but they could only dream of what Yuki Tsunoda is doing now. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FORMULA ONE, A JAPANESE DRIVER WILL SEE THE CHECKERED FLAG FIRST! YUKI TSUNODA WINS THE CANADIAN GRAND PRIX!

🇦🇹 ROUND 5 - AUSTRIA - SPRINT 🇦🇹
Decent sprint qualifiyng from Yuki puts him in P3 for the sprint. AND ITS LIGHTS OUT AND A WAY WE GO! Great reaction from Max Verstappen but Lando Norris is gonna try it into turn 1 but he doesnt complete the overtake and Yuki Tsunoda goes wide!
After DRS battles with Charles Leclerc, Yuki keeps P3 but has to push as hard as he can. Oscar Piastri fought his way up through the ferraris AND NOW HAS THE DRS OPEN ON THE MAIN STRAIGHT IN THE LAST LAP! IS IT PIASTRI OR TSUNODA ON THE FINAL STEP ON THE PODIUM? AND ITS TSUNODA! Max Verstappen wins the sprint with Lando in P2 and Yuki in P3.

Its P6 in qualifying for yuki tsunoda, but because of penalties, he will be starting in P4. AND ITS LIGHTS OUT AND A WAY WE GO! Good reaction from Max Verstappen! Sergio Perez is gonna try it on yuki tsunoda into turn 3 and Carlos Sainz aswell! Yuki is late on the brakes but has to go wide so he gives the place back! Yuki has is DRS open and here he comes down the inside of both Carlos and Checo into turn 4! Yuki Tsunoda is back into the podium places! Yuki started the race on mediums and on lap 11/25 he pits for hards. Meanwhile Alonso overtakes leclerc for P3 and is surely gonna try a move on Yuki Tsunoda and hes done it! Russell overtakes leclerc for P4. Only driver DNFs are Max Verstappen with an engine failure. Yuki is DOTD.
