Monaco is literally the hardest because to even race in the Monaco gp, you'd have to race in F1, which certainly isn't easy

#

When you're a top F1 driver, it's pretty easy to find a seat on other branches of motorport, such as the ones needed for the triple crown

#

But no matter how dominant you are in Indycar, you would still pretty much struggle to get a seat in F1. Hell, good F1 drivers even struggles to find a seat there

yes i do understand ur point

#

and i do agree to it to a certain extent

#

cuz u can look at this scenario in multiple viewpoints

Monaco requires the most precision

#

as well as the most prior skill

#

le mans is pure consistency while being fast

#

and judgement when you are driving at night

#

as well as patience

#

indycar is the only spec series here, so that makes it the hard in one scenario

#

le mans is an endurance race so that makes it hard in another element

#

each of em r difficult in their own aspects

indy 500 is like a combination of patience and precision and confidence

#

and definitely the most dangerous

Given how big these cars are, in normal weather conditions you have to start somewhere near the front to at least have hope of winning

All the 3 triple crown races are tough in their own regard, that is why winning all three of them is perhaps one of the greatest feats in motorsport

Indeed

#

Realistically it’s Monaco

#

Because you have to be at the front right from the start

#

I’m think if you have a strong car and great teammates you have a good chance at Le Mans

#

Meanwhile Indy is very different

#

Le Mans you also have a lot of time to comeback if you make a mistake early on

#

I find it strange that Le Mans does have the most

#

youre consistently losing time for hours

candid pumice
#

Ah ye Le Mans wouldn’t be the easiest than 💀

wheat kelp
#

you gotta be consistently fast

#

without unforced errors (stroll is NOT getting the Aston wec seat)

monaco is easily the hardest part of the triple crown because you actually have to get into f1 ans get into an f1 car that has the potential at scoring poles which is so SO much harder than getting a chance at indy or le mans

#

but in terms of the race, indy clears

#

monaco is literally a half throttle parade

#

le mans, while you have to be consistent, you have lots of time to make up for the mistakes and have your teammates to potentially carry you too

#

you also have the ability to actually competitively repair your car too

#

indy, the smallest things will absolutely ruin your race even though you have to go full beans all the time

#

the massive instability of the cars, the sensitive af kerbs, how hard it is to just save the car in general, penalties putting you a lap down, then you have to also actually race others in one of the hardest ovals too

#

the difficulty of monaco qualifying is included in indy’s qualifying
the endurance of le mans is included in indy’s race
indy literally has everything, yet its not the hardest part of the triple crown because of how fucking hard it is to even get to a point where you have the SLIGHTEST chance of getting an f1 seat let alone a competitive one

#

i know the triple crown is not a competition but monaco truly ruins the triple crown, its not the motorsport triple crown, its the F1 driver triple crown

#

you also cant one-off monaco too

candid pumice
#

Hardest-Monaco
Need a consistent team-Le Mans
Need to stay out of trouble-Indy

glacial narwhal
#

if u get a drive in a good team in f1 then monaco is just smooth sailing

candid pumice
#

Nah you need to beat ur teammate aswell

#

It’s not all smooth
