bingu was ahead of zed at least 20 laps

which is more than half the race

therefore bingu's weekend score was higher which translates to his ovr getting higher than zed

8.6/10 compared to 8.5/10

that translates to a pre-ovr improvement of 3.6 for bingu, 3.5 for zed, and this is divided by 200 always before being added
