#Through goes Hamilton was an overrated

For those saying Lewis did nothing, look at the previous turn
He knew both of them were fighting and took a tight line near to the chicane, so he could take the inside line in the next corner
Pure racing genius from him
I found this comment under a video
then he promptly lost the two positions in the next two corners
lmao
thats what makes it a bit overrated to me
and what does this have to do with overtaking
especially perez pushed him off the track
eh i feel like context of the race should still have an impatc
or at least it does on how i view overtakes
like yes it was great car control and awareness but its just unfortunate that he lost them both
if that was final lap, then no debates
I don't think it matters in terms of the overtake
then leclerc's overtake in the copse doesn't matter either
Lewis took his position back after a few turns
charles and checo were going wheel to wheel and they were both gonna break late so the inside line was open and almost every driver would have done that
they both had gone off the track it was easy for lewis to sweep past through
but charles' overtake was much harder he was on old hards while they were on fresh softs
hamilton's move was much more hyped coz of the commentry but charles' one was a better one
If you muted the commentary it would be shit ngl
As an overtake, just like "Here comes Sebastian Vettel" it wasn’t very special, but was carried by the commentating. However, it was exciting and I don’t mind it winning "action of the year". But once again, the overtake wasn’t all that special
