look at a bikes weight, height, acceleration, rider position..

Basically any Honda 500 cc is gonna be basically identical to the 300 cc models skill wise for instance (excluding their super sport)

Also certain manufacturers cough royal enfield cough make less power @650cc then others make at 300cc

Consider what type of riding you’ll be doing and what that sort of riding requires and see what best suits your needs
