for instance the f1 games have much better ai and singleplayer immersion compared to the actual sim racing games

meanwhile the sim racing games beat the codies f1 franchise in realism, very obviously

so if you are like me and just want to enjoy a close to realistic f1 experience but also want the simplicity of not having to deal with 94 other things at once, shitty ai, having to install a mod for everything, the codies f1 games are a good choice

but if you want to start a serious sim racing career then f1 2021 aint that good, you can definitely make a career out of it like jarno pogmeer but its generally better to get something like ac or iracing

You can't mod driver transfers.

But what you can do is setting driver acclaim for the AI on increased and team acclaim for AI on reduced.

So the acclaim level from the team is lower but from the drivers higher so there should happen more transfers.
