Season 1 my team career mode Canada post race debrief: after a disappointing Monaco we came to Canada not expecting much maybe a point or two and from the start of fp1 I knew that it was going to be a tough race the car was unpredictable just like the 2020 Ferrari so fp2-fp3 was used for making the car better so for qualifying I had no high expectations ended up qualifying p12 the race start I gained about 4 to 5 places was sitting p6 or p5 at the end of lap 1 but the first stint was pretty miserable in the middle of it I started on the soft compound of tire and by lap 5 I was struggling to turn the car so on lap 11 I came in to switch to a fresh set of Medium compound tire and started my match up the midfield nothing interesting happened in stint 2 on lap 22 came down for a another fresh set of Medium compound tire from there it was a max dash to the line I though we would finish p7 which I would have been happy about then the fucking heavens opened by gifting me a safety car and it bunched the pack up I had cars a lap down in front of me so the restart I took advantage of the lapped cars and cleared sainz Hamilton and verstappen I was under so much pressure from max he hounded me for the final 2 laps but on lap 35 finally my reward comes in the form of not only points but my first career podium and the teams 2nd podium of the season when I saw that checkered flag I was so happy so leaving Montreal with some silverware is a good feeling
