To stop locking the tires apply brake pressure slowly rather than suddenly.

Traction control I assume you mean accelerating out of corners? Same concept. Apply pressure to gas slower rather than sudden. You need to give the car time to react

Of course some corners are taken hard. But full pressure on brakes will make em lock up.
