Depends on the track, your setup, how hard you're pushing, whether you're behind people a lot and so get less downforce due to dirty air etc.
that's what makes it so difficult, if you're right behind someone in a DRS train, then you could just get another whole lap out of your set
but if you're at the front, not getting DRS and you're constantly pushing your tyres fully to the ground, it's harder for you to use them for longer

When I used to play on controller I added 20-50 linearity to throttle, steering and brake and that enabled me to turn off abs and tc you should try it.

one thing i kinda wish in the f1 codies games was, like in majority of the sims you have full control of the car. Idk there's something that makes the game more fun or interesting when u are responsible for driving the car out of the garage, or pitting, or driving after the race or even driving after a failure

1-5 or 2-7 are good numbers for both springs and rollbars
