no you need a dedicated/discrete GPU - they dont come with any of the current M1 Macs. however you can use a EGPU but i dont recommend it... otherwise you have the specs. Also Codemasters do not make f1 2021 for macOS because mac hardware is not designed for gaming. therefore you would have to run you mac under boot camp, which is not ideal.
