is there anything i may have gotten wrong with 2021's career mode? it's been fun for me but feeling like the AI settings I had from this one calculator program has really pissed me off, i started with Williams which was the lowest team on the list and I qualified at Spa which was like round 10 on AI 96 and R&D upgrades still didn't really make Williams competitive yet I qualified like 8th and Russell qualified 19th

Why not turn up the difficulty

I had, thing was difficulty was making me competitive around 80 but then when I tried to turn it up for career it was really lopsided

I put mine up at 101. And it's tough but worth it

For Spa, I had tried the 96 diff and it got me very close to Latifi and then I tried the same number for Career and I was so much farther ahead

On the same circuit

I assume I messed it up and that R&D may have gotten me lost with the settings

I also heard jef saying multiple times that the wing has damage and that "we can't sustain this level of damage".
And when entering the pit it also needs to repair 2 min.
Is it my brightness that I can't see the light green or is the damage model bugged?

But then there are tracks like Baku that has not changed a single bit

And is exactly like it was in F1 2019 and F1 2020
