So for F1 2021, the game will calculate the downforce from the floor as well as the front and rear wing - whereas in previous games, the downforce was just calculated from the front and rear wing.

So that is why for F1 2021, the car seems more prone to spinning if you go over a kerb too much or too hard - to the point where you lose the downforce from the floor.

And hopefully that means you can not cheat too much going over kerbs, such as Turn 15 at Baku where you could completely cut it in F1 2020.

Because stuff like that will hopefully be punished a lot more than in previous games.

The later loads in terms of the tires will also be a lot more pronounced for F1 2021.

That basically means, the more downforce the car generates, the stronger the lateral load will be and therefore you will get more grip the more downforce you have.

So as you build your confidence up, and start carrying more speed into the corners etc you will get more and more grip as you go.

And there is also now 'peak grip', and if you go over the peak grip, for example by having a slide, you will really suffer from it because you will have gone over the peak grip of the tire.

I was playing a gp on zandvoort and i saved andd exited the race and when i went back on to the race it said i had a corrupted save file. Then when the race ended i lost all of my team and driver acclaim. does anyone know how to solve this problem?
