Lee Mather apparently said the developers of this years game have been in close contact with certain teams that have helped them explain how the car handling will change depending on how you touch certain kerbs or whatever

To try and make the handling and the way the car behaves more realistic

As to before you were just able to go over most kerbs and the car would jump but you would still be fine

Turn 15 at Baku is a good example of that so I hope they have made that more punishing
