You cant really drift iirc in these cars but you can do donuts. Switch off traction control go to second or first gear and use throttle while turning to one side

ah okay imo you should start racing with custom setups from the start, I don't think there is any point in using the pre-made setups by the game

That depends on what you want, I usually like to start midfield / backmarker team to make them much better through out the seasons and all that but you may want to choose to start in one of the top teams and fight for titles
