hi guys, so I've just gotten the F1 2020 game today and I played like the very first campaign race I think, without any problem and then I hopped off.
then only a few hours later, I hopped on and continued my campaign thing and went through a short interview and then my game decided to crash, with some EGO Dumper message popping up.
i've tried disabling my steam, discord and GeForce experience overlays, no success.
i've tried putting the game on windowed / windowed fullscreen, no success.
and I think lastly, i've tried changing some settings on my Nvidia Control Panel, also no success.

@lyric scaffold yeah sure. Its actually pretty simple to play with controller. If you follow this tip your F1 racing experience and skill will skyrocket. So the best way to play F1 with a controller is to throw it/sell it and buy a Wheel+Pedals.
No jokes aside you should play with break assist either easy or medium and also practice alot to get the used to the movement and tracks. So youll know when to break and turn. Try not to get into tight spaces because its hard to controll the car with just a controller. If you move ur jowstick 2 mm it will radically turn the steering wheel. So just play enough till you are comfortable.

the textures don't seem to be final either as some of them (including some of the cars that were actually included) have "PLACEHOLDER (year)" written over them while some (including some of the cut ones) don't

The 90s cars are really weird to drive though, they have terrible off throttle oversteer
So you have to do pretty much every corner with atleast some throttle input, dunno if there's something with the setup that could help that
Tried to make it more understeering overall but then it just had both problems at the same time

Tyre wear was horrible on the soft and ended up having 90% on the rears and like 85% on the fronts come the flag

Couldn't get on the power because then I was just sliding

And it was like five laps later than the guys that started on soft or whatever
But everyone who started on soft went for hard on their second stint
I am not even sure what happened myself.. 🤷
Because in all the past games, I have been able to go medium-soft because the AI is usually quite slow in Monaco.
So I have always managed to start on mediums, compared to the AI who always starts on softs - and then I have just been able to go medium-soft..
But for some reason, the tyre wear on the softs in this race was HORRIBLE like I have never had that bad tyre wear..

I was lucky to even keep P3 that race, I just managed to keep it because the closest car behind was 23 seconds behind me with like five corners to go.
If it had been any closer, or if there was like one more lap I would have probably had a puncture and finished outside of the points 🤷
