Usually after downloading a game, you should have an icon of the game on your home screen. If not, use the search bar and type in the name of the game to find it

Yeah, the only way to find online lobbies on pc is either through leagues on discord (which you'd have to search for) or just going through social play and clicking browse.

There is a feature in xbox gamebar (which you can open up pressing windows key + g) and see if you can find lobbies through that, but I'm not sure how many people on F1 22 actually use that.
