You know how to get to this screen (im using the US gp as an example here) then when you do for whatever the first race is, you click the go to race weekend button

Since the US GP is a sprint, you can't simulate the race directly immediately but this is the general process you can do for most GPs

With a sprint weekend, after you simulate the sprint, you have to play through quali, you can either access it, fast forward time through it, or you can access, go to the pause menu and retire from the session

and then simulate the GP using the simulate button

but like a sim save where you actually add a team and develop it, you can either omit quali, have your driver start at the back and simulate the result, or actually play quali then sim the races if that makes sense
