DP: Well, i'd say there's definitely room for improvement, such with my gripes at holding on from pole position, and also back with the team as well, maybe our development needs a little bit of a pick-me-up.. can't complain much about where we are, i mean it's only our first year.

DP: yeah, i mean, i'm not the first to say, but.. a little underwhelming. I signed him because he had a great resumé, some great potential that he certainly showed in the junior formula, but he's been a bit below where i'd desire for a teammate and driver, and through this year we've built him quite a lot, we can see he's getting consistently around P12, you know, bordering on the points. Maybe one more little push and he's there.

Int: alright. As for your plans regarding the driver market. Are you looking to re-sign Pourchaire for 2025, or maybe look elsewhere on the market?

DP: yeah, obviously, we'll need to see how he ends the season. Still six races to go, and as a team we need to hone in on the technical regulations for '25, he could be of good use to us in identifying the problems. But at the same time, i say again, he has been a little sub-expectation. Bottom line though, we'll keep our options open, we're saving up a bit as a team to maybe make it possible for a transfer, come what may.
