Imma introduce a new “chemistry system”, mostly for storyline purposes but I’ll explain it

F1 Manager Ultimate Team

So the chemistry depicts how much the drivers like each other, is the chemistry at 0 they’re more likely to disagree over things and ignore each other. But if it’s at 100 team orders and social media events will be easier and more often. For example if the chemistry is at 70 and we get a 1-2 it could rise to 80-90 depending on how good the result was and how much the drivers helped each other. But if for example Drugo takes Verschoor out there will be some frustration from Verschoors side causing a drop in chemistry, for example from 100 to 60 depending on the position Verschoor was in. This’ll help A LOT with storytelling

If the chemistry drops while already being at 0 it creates extra tension and possibly making a driver wanna leave the team

This system works on a 100 to -100 scale, a -100 is VERY hard to get and would mean the drivers might even request to leave with immediate effect

2027 has been my favourite season so far, although my car was much faster than everyone else since I got the regs perfectly the top 9 constructors all scored over 100 points and 6 of those constructs had race wins that season
