I've been playing exclusively iRacing for the past few weeks... and now out of curiosity of how much I improved, I try F1 2024 again

is it just me or is the force feedback really bad? I forgot the wheel rotation @ default (540 or 900 not sure), and the feedback was spread over all of that, it was decent

then I lowered rotation to 360 degrees, and force feedback was super harsh and not really detailed at all, just in my face (very unlike F1 on iRacing)

Simagic Alpha Mini if anything, and using the recommended settings from Simagic

idk i play on xbox and i prefer formula cars so my only experience with another sim is assetto corsa which isnt known for good force feedback and i play on a g920

like if you dont have mods you cant modify anything

maybe frontier could of had some different patterns for each team that they thing would be realistic for that team

and even switch around some of the sponsors

I was doing some time trials on Austria and my original best was 1:05.777 and I put in a lap of 1:04.711 And i didn't have any track limits on that lap but when I went back to leaderboards it didn't save it? anyone know the issue

oke i started from P20 and now i'm P3 (lap 6 out of 33) i was very fast on the start and jumped to P11 without having to dive bomb T1, only had 1 overtake where i bumped into the other driver but it was cuz i started to loose controll and slided a bit but i got no penalty and both of us are not damaged cuz i slightly bumped him on the tires so everything should be fine

and i was already almost at track limits so if i went off a bit more i would've been completely in the grass

but my teammate lando is P2 around 1.2s in front of me and max is P1 around 1.8s ahead of me so i'm not catching up to them since they're using DRS

but in my strategy i'm pitting lap earlier so i might be able to undercut them

But i just saved in the middle of the race and quit the game cuz its time for sleep

I'd reccomend downloading this mod as well. It's a bit more complicated but it tells you what you need to do. It should fix the stuttering and FPS drops.
