How I do it is doing like 1 or 2 race weekends and then go into other games like F1 Manager or GT7 for a few days and then continue the F1 24 career.
Just put in some little breaks in between to keep the fun long term.
Because excessively playing it robs the long term fun.

are setups really that crucial in f1 24? I started a new career, 88 ai with haas
without any setup i usually get 15-20th place in qualifying
i tried out a setup on australia, i was 8 seconds behind ver and pia and i was able to make up that time in like 10 laps
and won the race
its kinda interesting how much a setup can change the car
now i wonder if i could play 110 with a faster car cuz i usually run like 94-100 ai where its comfortable
