any tips on how to get good pitstops without tiring pitcrew out

So what I do is 1st I change the screen to showing how the fatigue is on that day, then I start with fitness center in the morning and pit stop practice in the afternoon and I continue that on until the fatigue is over 50% and the mistake rate massively shoots up, I also always check how the fatigue is on race day, as soon as that goes over 50%, I stop it completely and only do rest until the race.

So I basically try to do as much as possible without going over 50% fatigue.

As soon as research gets enabled I split it already to 2 designs, 2 researches and for the summer break I then stop development completely and do research only.
